What is Arraxis?
A CRM, automation and AI platform for businesses that run on leads. It collects leads from your ads and website, follows them up on WhatsApp, email and SMS, books appointments, and shows which ads bring sales.
How long does setup take?
You connect website forms, Google Ads, WordPress and spreadsheets yourself, each with copy-and-paste steps and a test button. While Meta’s review of Arraxis is in progress, our team connects Facebook lead ads and WhatsApp with you. Your workspace starts with a pipeline, services and message templates for your industry.
Do I need approval from Meta to use WhatsApp?
You need a Meta business account (you can create one while connecting), a phone number that can receive a verification code, and a card in Meta for message costs. Meta approves the wording of template messages: it usually answers within a few hours and can take up to 24.
While Meta’s review of Arraxis is in progress, our team connects WhatsApp with you. If your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, it can keep working side by side where Meta supports this.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta bills your own card directly, and Arraxis adds nothing. Under Meta’s current pricing, replies within 24 hours of the customer’s last message are free; template messages are charged by Meta per country. Arraxis shows the cost of each message.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with the full features of the plan you choose, and no card needed.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly or yearly, with no minimum term beyond the period you paid for. Cancel any time, and the cancellation applies at the end of that period.
Are there extra fees?
